A welcome from Jimmy O’Regan

I am a personal and professional life coach based in Tralee Co. Kerry. I have been involved in helping people create better lives for themselves for over 12 years.

I am a highly trained counsellor and hypnotherapist, with professional qualifications in both disciplines, together with a Diploma in the Psychology of Counselling. Trained in Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy to broaden my skills, I have a deep interest in mindfulness meditation and the power of the present moment. My involvement in a community mentor programme, together with my training and experience, helps me to be more effective in my work as a life coach.

I draw on a wide range of skills to assist me in providing the best possible life coaching services I can. I work on a one-to-one basis with people from all walks of life. The setting I use is both private and confidential.

I strongly believe that you have within you the answers you need to deal with difficulties in your life. My focus is on assisting you to access those solutions.
